Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Education Specialist to
empower clients in adopting lead-generating IDX websites and CRM
tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate customer onboarding and adoption through live training
sessions
Design and manage training content for various platforms and
conduct tailored training sessions
Provide educational assistance and participate in the online
community to share best practices
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1-3+ years of experience in customer support, product support, or
customer success in a SaaS environment
Experience with lead generation, digital marketing, or contact
database management is preferred
Familiarity with content management systems and CRMs is a plus
Real estate experience is a plus
