AMResponsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IAM program
aligned with industry best practices and compliance
regulations.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure that IAM
practices are well aligned, documented and followed.
- Integrate and manage SSO/MFA platform (e.g., Okta, Ping
Identity) to ensure secure user access to applications and
resources.
- Manage identities across Microsoft and Google Workspace
environments, ensuring proper lifecycle management and access
control.
- Configure, administer and audit cloud platform identities
(e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM), securing resources and
enforcing granular access controls.
- Implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) and
Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions to manage and
monitor privileged access/identities.
- Manage and secure Active Directory, including user/admin
provisioning, group membership, and access controls.
- Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities,
and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work with Incident Response team to set up monitoring for
unusual user activity.
- Develop and implement automated IAM processes to improve
efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies, threats, and
compliance requirements.
- Train juniors/new team members as the team
grows.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IAM security, with a proven track
record of success in implementing and managing IAM programs.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security frameworks
(e.g., NIST SP 800-53), and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
skills.
- Experience with leading SSO/MFA platforms, Microsoft and Google
Suite identities, and cloud platform identities (AWS IAM, Azure AD,
GCP IAM).
- Knowledge of PAM/PIM technologies and experience with solutions
like CyberArk or Thycotic.
- Strong Active Directory administration skills, including user
management, group policies, and access controls.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
for automation and integration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment.
- Security certifications or IAM specific vendor certification is
