We are looking for a highly motivated Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of Telecommunication. The ideal candidate should possess strong network troubleshooting skills and be capable of driving strategic projects related to provisioning, capacity, operational efficiencies, and stability, aligned with business needs and offerings.



Key Responsibilities:

5G Flows Understanding - Strong grasp of 5G architecture, signaling, and troubleshooting.
Provisioning Expertise - Hands-on experience with SOAP-based provisioning systems and integrating with automation frameworks.
Hands-on Experience - Working with REST APIs, SOAP, Python, Ansible, Git, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Network Troubleshooting - Expertise in DNS, GTM, A10, LEAF/SPINE network architecture, and Extreme Switches.
Platform Certificates Lifecycle - Understanding of certificate management, renewal processes, and security best practices.
Strategic Project Leadership - Drive provisioning, capacity management, and operational improvements to enhance system stability and customer experience.
Customer-Focused Problem-Solving - Take ownership of issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Eager to Learn - Adapt to new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skill sets.
On-Call Support - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.



Preferred Skills:

Experience working with Ericsson Charging & Provisioning products (CAF, SDP, CTA, CSA, EMM, NPE/EDA, K8).
Strong understanding of test systems and ability to perform detailed MSISDN traces.
Familiarity with telecom cybersecurity best practices.



Education & Technical Expertise:

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science is required (MS preferred).
Proficiency in Python, Ansible, REST APIs, SOAP, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
Experience with Linux, TCP/IP networking, and automation tools.



Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80,000- $90,000 per year. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
