Location:Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment:Tal Mgmt/Human ResourcesShift:First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:Cook Children's is looking for a Director of Employee Relations to join our team. In this role, you would direct the employee relations functions, to include:

• coaching/counseling
• problem solving with managers and employees
• training, budgeting, reporting (internal and external)
• developing and interpreting policies and procedures.Qualifications
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Current knowledge of employment law
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Masters' degree strongly preferred
  • Previous management experience required
