About the role
CBRE is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid
construction background to lead the management of singular real
estate projects specifically for a prominent telecommunications'
client. In this role, you will collaborate directly with this
client to define project scope, deliverables, resource
requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control
measures, and risk identification. You will be responsible for
selecting project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists,
conducting requests for proposals, evaluating bids, and making
informed recommendations to the client. You will implement
comprehensive project documentation governance in alignment with
both company and client standards, ensuring data integrity and
accuracy throughout. As a proactive leader, you will guide the
project delivery team, developing action plans to meet objectives
while tracking progress and reporting on project status and
variances. Your ability to identify potential project threats will
enable you to craft effective risk mitigation strategies and
contingency plans.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is
$ 85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager
position is $ 125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a
successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications,
and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental

insurance.
