Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Employee Communications
to lead its employee communications team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an employee communications strategy for a
distributed workforce
Serve as a strategic partner to company leadership, providing
communications counsel on initiatives
Lead a team to create campaigns that drive employee engagement and
understanding of business objectives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on internal
communications
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a
related field
Proven leadership experience managing internal teams and
budgets
Experience in developing communication strategies that align with
company goals
Experience in driving internal live, virtual, and hybrid events is
a plus
