Location:Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment:Patient Relations/ServicesShift:First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:Leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive peer support program aimed at fostering peer engagement and enhancing participant well-being. Guides the program from inception to sustainability, making modifications as needed. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify needs, designs training programs for peer mentors, and ensures that peer mentors are equipped to provide valuable assistance to program participants.HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE Individual well-being is foundational to our teams being able to provide exceptional, compassionate clinical excellence for our patients and families. As a Peer Support Manager, you ensure our peer supporters are equipped to have these conversations and well supported by the organization.   • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, human services or a related field from an accredited college or university required.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • 3 years' experience managing large-scale programs or projects in a healthcare setting required.
  • Peer support program experience preferred.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising staff preferred.Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
