Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a total rewards strategy aligned with business
goals
Consult with senior leaders on compensation and benefits
matters
Lead a team to manage daily operations and improve processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant
experience
Knowledge of compensation methodologies and funding metrics
Experience in accounting, finance, and shared services
Leadership skills to manage and achieve departmental targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
