• Account Manager overseeing 15-30 officers
• Responsible for security service delivery and leadership of the officers assigned to your site
• Previous supervisor experience in a related field required; prior military, police preferred
• Oversees scheduling and compliance.
• Will receive detailed training on the job duties Your background:
  • MUST have a valid DL and pass MVR
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
  • Dispatch, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred
  • You have a state license if required.
  • Must be effective at coaching and teaching officers and holding personnel accountable to GardaWorld and client standards.
  • Must have previous experience issuing corrective action
  • Effective communication skills (email, phone, in person).
