Job Description:

A company is looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive lead generation and sales growth for B2B products.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation
Manage the B2B sales funnel from lead generation to qualification
Analyze and report on lead generation and sales performance to improve results

Qualifications:

Proven B2B marketing and sales experience, particularly in outbound lead generation
Expertise in HubSpot for marketing and sales automation
Experience with StoryBrand and Marketing Made Simple frameworks
Familiarity with technical products like Ruby on Rails and React is a plus
Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency
