Job Description:
A company is looking for a BPO Operations Manager to oversee
vendor engagement and enhance member and provider services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen partnerships with BPO organizations to
establish best practices
Create and implement best practices for production management to
enhance member and provider experiences
Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvement
initiatives using a data-driven approach
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Production Management experience
Experience in BPO or Call Center environments
Experience with vendor management or offshore partnerships
4+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced
environment
3+ years of experience using data and metrics for problem-solving
and root cause analysis
