- The Product Management team at Lunit plays a pivotal role in

- As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product
development process from concept to launch, collaborating closely
with cross-functional teams including engineering, design,
clinical, regulatory, and sales. You will define product strategy,
prioritize initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of our
roadmap to deliver products that address critical healthcare
challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap,
ensuring alignment with Lunit's mission and market needs
- Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct in-depth market research and gather feedback from
customers and stakeholders to identify product opportunities and
areas for improvement
- Product Development Lifecycle
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through development to
launch, working closely with engineering and design teams to
deliver AI-powered, high-quality healthcare solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams such as clinical, regulatory, and
marketing to ensure all aspects of product development are aligned
and delivered successfully
- Performance Monitoring
- Define key metrics to measure product success and drive
continuous improvements based on customer feedback and data
insights
- Resource Management
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, resource
availability, and technical feasibility to ensure optimal
execution
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches,
coordinating with marketing and sales to drive product adoption and
revenue growth
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations,
managing any risks associated with product delivery Qualifications
- Min. 5+ years of experience in SW product management, ideally
in healthcare, medical devices, or health tech
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading complex,
cross-functional projects
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI
or software-based products in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of planning and implementing quality
management processes within SaMD and healthcare software
development or medical device
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making
skills
- Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decisions and
prioritize product features and improvements
- Strong business-level English communication skills
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to
30% of the time Preferred Experiences
- Experience with AI/ML-based healthcare solutions or diagnostics
products
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, CE,
MDR) for SaMD products, including experience with regulatory
submissions (510(k), PMA, etc.), clinical evaluations, and
post-market surveillance
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations (such
as HIPAA, GDPR) and healthcare interoperability standards such as
HL7, FHIR, and DICOM
- Extensive experience working in a global environment.
- Experience in managing product roadmaps for multiple concurrent
projects
- Ability to manage product P&L, budgeting, and resource
allocation
- Experience developing and driving strategy for a product team
and providing detailed product guidance
- Understanding of how technologies can shape institutions,
innovate and deliver growth
- High level of comfort working with distributed teams and
