Shift 9/80 -Job Description: - - -The Senior Manager, Systems
Engineer will be responsible for leading a diverse team of
engineers and scientist across multiple disciplines to achieve
program and project execution milestones. - Responsible for
submitting Bid and proposals. - Responsible for EAC, ETC management
and overall yearly forecast performance of contract budgets. -
-Essential Functions:
Manages diverse team of up to 20
Systems engineers across multiple disciplines.Responsible for the
day-to-day operations within the program for assigned tasks.Leads
team in the execution of project activities.Provides overall
technical guidance and expertise to team members, assisting in
resolving issues to ensure project execution.Identifies Roadblocks
impacting team progress and provides guidance on potential
resolutions.Perform routine performance evaluations to gauge
individual performance and provide career guidance.Manages
work/scope within the group to determine priorities in conjunction
with Program management and Program Engineering (PMO).Must work on
the facility with some limited flexibility.Business travel equates
to approximately 10%.Experience with Software Configuration
Management (SCM).Test plan, Test procedure, Test report generation
and creation.Experience as Test Director.Mastery of systems
engineering concepts and principles.DOORS/Jira experience.Strong
background in systems engineering along with leadership
experience.Proficiency withMicrosoft Officesuite.Excellent written,
oral, and team communication skills.Experience working successfully
both independently and in a team environment. -Qualifications: - -
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of
prior Lead/Manager Systems Engineering experience.Graduate Degree
with 10 years of prior Lead/Manager Systems Engineering experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior Lead/Manager
Systems Engineering experience.An active DoD Top Secret (SCI)
security clearance is required at the time of hire.Must be a US
Citizen.#LI-AH1
