Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewal leaders and their teams
Forecast renewals, including risks and mitigation strategies
Leverage data to recognize patterns and improve customer value and
renewal rates
Required Qualifications
10+ years of renewals/account management/sales experience
7+ years of management experience with a focus on achieving revenue
goals
Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets
Experience coaching and developing teams
Expertise in negotiating complex contracts with a focus on win/win
outcomes
