Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Health Equity (Community
Engagement / MPH) to develop health promotion activities aimed at
improving member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies to improve health equity and reduce
disparities
Analyze data to ensure initiatives reflect members' needs and
preferences
Establish community partnerships to support diverse and socially
vulnerable members
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree such as MPH, RN, or LMSW/LCSW preferred, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience identifying and addressing health
disparities
Experience leading through influence across large organizations
Credentialed in specialty or subspecialty
