Job Description:
A company is looking for a Small Group Client Manager to manage
small group employer accounts in New York.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for assigned employer groups, addressing
client needs and ensuring a high-quality client experience
Collaborate with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to
manage daily client servicing and provide oversight
Drive the execution of clients' annual service plans, including
renewals, open enrollment, and compliance support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent
education
5-7 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage,
managing accounts independently
Experience supporting New York-based small employer groups (50-100
lives)
Strong knowledge of small group plans, products, and financial
arrangements
Health Insurance License required
