A company is looking for a Director, Learning Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver best-in-class learning experiences while improving student
success through continuous updates
Collaborate with Program Directors to gather feedback and
facilitate new program development meetings
Oversee project management plans, ensuring timely product launches
and resolving production delays
Required Qualifications
A Master's degree in instructional design, learning sciences, or a
related field; doctorate preferred
7+ years of experience in digital teaching and learning in higher
education with leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to apply adult-centered pedagogy and
innovative learning theories
Discipline-based experience or expertise through education or
relevant work experience
Experience managing multiple projects in a remote environment
