Director of Real Estate Operations, Restaurant DivisionPosition
Overview: Morrow Hill is seeking an experienced and visionary
leader to be the driving force behind our new restaurant division,
overseeing the expansion of location services for casual and fine
dining establishments across the United States. The Director of
Real Estate Operations, Restaurant Division, will play a pivotal
role in developing and executing support strategies and managing a
high-performing team to deliver comprehensive real estate services,
including site selection, lease negotiation, and market analysis.
Your team will leverage our Vision Map and Vision Track technology,
proprietary software, that allows Morrow Hill to dominate the lease
negotiation landscape.Key Responsibilities:
- Division Leadership:Establish and lead the Restaurant Real
Estate Division, driving its strategic vision and operational
excellence.
- Team Building:Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate
professionals, research analysts, and support staff specializing in
restaurant and fine dining location services.
- Location Services:Oversee the end-to-end real estate process,
including site selection, market research, lease negotiations, and
build out.
- Client Relations:Develop and maintain relationships with
restaurant operators, investors, developers, and landlords to
secure prime locations and favorable lease terms.
- Market Expansion:Identify and evaluate new market opportunities
across the U.S. for restaurant and fine dining growth, ensuring
alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Performance Management:Set and achieve key performance metrics
for the division, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and to the highest standards.
- Strategic Partnerships:Collaborate with internal stakeholders,
including finance, legal, and marketing, to support the growth and
success of the restaurant division.
- Industry Expertise:Stay informed of industry trends, economic
factors, and regulatory changes that could impact restaurant real
estate strategies.Qualifications:
- Licensed Broker or Attorney in the state of Texas
(Required)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real
estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years as a franchise business consultant, demonstrating
strong leadership and support capabilities.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus
on restaurant or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving successful
real estate projects in the restaurant or fine dining
industry.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership
skills.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. restaurant markets, zoning
regulations, and lease structures.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills.
