A company is looking for a Marketing Director to lead its
marketing function and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the marketing capability within the
organization
Collaborate with the product team to align marketing strategy with
product development
Partner with the sales team to optimize lead generation and
conversion strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a
related field
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Demonstrated success in creating and executing comprehensive
marketing strategies
Proven track record of brand development and management
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
