employees!The Senior IT & Business Compliance Manager is a
strategic leader responsible for overseeing complex compliance
initiatives that impact T-Mobile's financial integrity and business
operations. This role drives the development and implementation of
robust compliance frameworks, assesses risks, and ensures alignment
with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. With a high
level of accountability, this position collaborates with senior
leadership, audit committees, and cross-functional teams to
influence decision-making and enhance internal controls. Strong
leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex
challenges are essential, along with the expertise to balance risk
and business objectives while fostering a culture of compliance and
continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
- Leading cross functional project teams, work closely with
internal clients to understand key issues, propose fact-based
options/solutions that transform key SOX activities and processes
at T-Mobile.
- Use a risk-based approach to highlight key compliance risks to
management while striving to implement new methodologies and
technologies, such as data analytics, AI, and robotics process
automation (RPA) tools, to elevate the program.
- Evaluate complex business changes and system projects to
determine the extent of impact on the SOX program and provide a SOX
scoping opinion that is supported by data and knowledge of the
business.
- Review scoping, risk assessment and control rationalization
efforts to ensure key compliance risks are covered in the most
efficient manner.
- Evaluate the design of complex business processes, key reports
(IPE), data interface and integrity controls and automated controls
to ensure management's control design addresses key financial
statement risks.
- Present complex technical and control issues to leadership,
providing an independent view of risk and opinion on proposed
solutions.
- Control design assessment of IT controls at the application,
database, operating system and process levels.
- Coordinate with control owners to ensure that active management
/ monitoring of the controls occurs throughout the year, and a
close partnership with SOX auditors and stakeholders.
- Participate in the review process for business process,
application, database, operating systems, and IT operational
process changes/modifications to ensure that controls remain valid
and/or to coordinate the creation of new controls with business
partners.
- Identify and report on complex control weaknesses and
enhancements to leadership. Evaluate impact of SOX findings and
conclude on severity. Communicate results and assessments to
leadership.
- Work with stakeholder organizations to remediate non-compliance
conditions.Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 7-10 years Experience in an IT organization. (Required)
- 2-4 years Experience in leading people and or teams of people.

$180,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the
general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The
successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors,
such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the
actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
