  • Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications:
    • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas.
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
