Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Advocate
II to provide educational support and information to members and
providers.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to members and providers for educational or informational
purposes
Escalate calls when providers are unable to deliver solutions
Document information for quality and performance tracking through
CRM applications
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to
work experience
Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
