Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll
Implementation to join their Global Payroll Centre of Excellence
team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end implementation of new customer payrolls,
including project initiation and management
Oversee payroll data migration activities and ensure compliance
with local regulations
Act as the primary contact for all payroll project matters and
provide ongoing support during the go-live phase
Required Qualifications
5+ years of payroll processing experience with a solid
understanding of payroll principles and tax mechanics
4+ years of experience in payroll implementation and managing
end-to-end payroll projects
Experience with payroll migration between various systems
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel and G-sheets, including
advanced formulas
Familiarity with BI data tools such as Looker is a plus
