Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Integration Manager to lead Scrum teams within the CSSP Integrated Product Team.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum of Scrums Lead, guiding Agile processes and fostering collaboration across technical teams
Facilitate technical integration and oversee the cohesive development and delivery of CSSP program components
Coordinate with stakeholders and monitor progress, providing regular updates on program health


Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical program management or Agile leadership, with 3 years in a Scrum of Scrums role
Strong understanding of cloud security and defensive cyber operations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
Ability to obtain a security clearance, preferably at the Top Secret/SCI level
