• Candidate should have 6+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, architecting, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement the technical solutions.
• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Identity and Security ensuring robust access controls and data protection.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Development and Customization creating tailored solutions to meet business needs.
• Have experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud enhancing user engagement and collaboration.
• Show expertise in SFDC Sharing and Visibility ensuring appropriate data access for users.
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Demonstrate strong skills in SFDC Data management ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Preferred Certifications: Certification in Salesforce PD1,PD2 is a must. Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
