Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technology Support Technician to
provide technical support and resolve issues with technology
products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide level 1 and basic level 2 technical support for hardware
and software issues
Document problems, service requests, and resolutions in the
incident management system
Perform setup and maintenance of computer systems, including
hardware and software installations
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, or
equivalent work experience
2 years of IT experience in a support or operations environment
with PC or client/server platforms
2 years of experience using a PC or company information system
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related
field
1 year of IT experience in the retail industry is preferred
