Job Description:
A company is looking for a NPI Technical Program Manager to
manage New Product Introduction for the hardware team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive full factory bring up and day-to-day operation management
Track, manage, and communicate hardware-related program status,
risks, and milestones to leadership
Coordinate design and implementation efforts across diverse teams
to engineer optimal solutions
Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience
7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in technical
product or program management
3+ years of experience in hardware development
Proficiency in program management and planning tools, including
JIRA and Confluence
Experience working with contract manufacturers and in relevant
industries such as automotive or robotics
