Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead
and manage a team of engineers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers, including regular check-ins
and performance reviews
Foster a culture of curiosity and empowerment within the
engineering team
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deconstruct
software development tasks
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a shared code
environment
3+ years of experience in building and shipping software to
commercial cloud environments
People management experience
Experience with continuous integration and deployment systems
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or
equivalent experience preferred
