Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Attorney (Remote) with
strong financial services regulatory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on payments-related issues in the financial
services sector
Address regulatory matters and consumer disputes related to
financial products
Collaborate with a financial technology company during an extended
secondment
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of financial services regulatory experience
Experience with payments products such as credit and debit
cards
Familiarity with mobile banking services and the Electronic Fund
Transfer Act
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of
residence
Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
