A company is looking for a Patient Account Specialist - Revenue
Cycle HB Billing & Denials.
Key Responsibilities
Bill third-party payers and appeal denied claims
Identify and resolve billing issues affecting claims and
accounts
Perform follow-up activities and maintain account accuracy
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of financial experience or one year of patient accounts
experience
Medical billing experience preferred
Understanding of state and federal payer billing guidelines
Familiarity with CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS coding, and POS requirements
