Job Description:
A company is looking for a Rail Construction Foreman.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects and crew members on customer sites
Determine materials and staff requirements for projects while
ensuring safety and efficiency
Lead onboarding and training activities for new employees
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; 5-7 years of experience in railroad
track construction, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of track structure, construction, and
maintenance
Ability to operate and train others on backhoes and front end
loaders
Certification required if operating on track controlled by the
Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 75lbs and
working on uneven surfaces
