Job Description:
A company is looking for a Denials & AR Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts by resolving, calling, and appealing
denied claims
Review and apply client contract language and rates to resolve
denied claims
Perform auditing functions and provide feedback to staff on
accounts or projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in managing denied claims and appeals
Understanding of per diem, case rate, and DRG payment
methodologies
Ability to draft complex appeals and letters to insurance
companies
Experience in mentoring and training team members
