Job Description:
A company is looking for an AP/AR Accounting Associate
responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, and financial
records, participating in month-end reporting
Oversee vendor relations, credit lines, and processing of
payments
Perform reconciliations, accruals, and prepare financial operation
reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related
experience
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach
Basic math skills for financial calculations
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
