Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage the
renewal lifecycle and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and complete the full renewal lifecycle, ensuring Gross
Revenue Retention targets are met
Utilize data to facilitate impactful discussions and negotiations
with customers
Monitor and report on customer accounts, renewal pipeline, and
forecasts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Renewals or Customer Success role
Proficient in negotiation and managing contract discussions
Experience with SaaS pricing and licensing options
Ability to project manage the renewal cycle effectively
Familiarity with Salesforce.com; Gainsight experience is a plus
