Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer retention and repeat business through the
implementation of programs, products, and processes
Collaborate with leaders across departments to enhance borrower
retention and customer lifetime value
Analyze customer experiences to identify areas for improvement and
strengthen relationships
Required Qualifications
10+ years of total work experience, with 5+ years in leadership
roles related to Business Unit General Management, Sales, or
Customer Experience
Experience in a startup environment, particularly with 0 to 1
product development
Prior experience owning a P&L and achieving revenue goals in
SMB B2B or Repeat B2C segments
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in remote work
settings
Prior knowledge in residential real estate investing or financial
technology is a plus but not required
