• Coordinate and manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in waiting areas and reception areas.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Support administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing records.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients. Skills and Qualifications:
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Requirements:
    
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
