Sharepoint, SAP, Ariba


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the company and suppliers for:Troubleshooting and answering questions related to the Supplier Scorecard
Measuring supplier delivery, quality, order confirmations, and other performance management categories


Perform follow-up with suppliers that have Supplier Scorecard questions via:Microsoft Teams
Email
Phone
In-person meetings


Communicate and provide status updates between:Supplier Scorecard Representative
Internal Bell and Textron customers
External suppliers


Track activities in the internal ticketing/task management system
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Required Skills/Experience:

Self-driven, professional, friendly, team player, customer service-oriented
Intermediate to high-level ability in:MS Excel
MS Outlook
MS Office
Web-based applications


Good organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English

Preferred Skills/Experience:

College degree or progress toward a college degree
Experience with:SharePoint
SAP
Ariba Sourcing applications


Fluent in French
