Description:About the Job:Provides consulting to businesses,
functions, and geographies that utilize IT services and drives
effective business engagement for IT. Understands the specific
goals and needs of the business, function, or geography and
represents those needs to the IT organization. Develops and
maintains relationships with appropriate members of the
business/function/geography organization. Works to align business,
function, and geography requirements with IT plans and priorities.
Facilitates business, function, and geography involvement in IT
projects to identify requirements, gather feedback, and finalize
scope. Identifies opportunities for IT to leverage solutions across
business, function, and geographic organizations. Establishes
effective processes for managing the relationship on an ongoing
basis. Communicates IT standards and new IT solutions, processes,
and policies to the businesses, functions, and geographies.
Connects business/function/geography "customers" with appropriate
IT technical resources when technical discussions are necessary.How
You'll Make Your Mark:
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key tactical
managers and business implementation leads. Uses deep business
knowledge of multiple businesses or sub-domains to drive engagement
for major IT initiatives. Influences overall IT and business
planning; engages in strategic business planning where there is IT
impact.
- Communicates tactical IT conclusions and plans and works to
achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or
geography.
- Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography on
an ongoing basis to maintain consistent plans between IT and the
business.
- Identifies areas where the business, function, or geography can
take advantage of standard IT solutions.
- Drives for adoption of standard solutions.
- Participates in IT projects to ensure that business, function,
and geography "customers" are included appropriately and ensures
that they receive sufficient and timely communications.
- Establishes IT processes which are consistent with overall
organization goals.About You:
- Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a
minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree and
a minimum of 8 years experience.
- Architect must be strong functional knowledgeable in all SAP
modules (Enterprise structure, Fixed Assets, GL, AR, AP, Banking
and Treasury, SD, MM, Supply Chain).
- Should have designed new solutions based on customer
requirements and best practices.
- Design system architecture that ensures scalability, security,
and reliability.
- Define the integration architecture and ensure the seamless
interoperability of systems and services.
- Assess and translate business needs into technical solutions
and architecture. Ensure that proposed solutions align with
business goals and technology strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams during the
implementation phase.
- Oversee technical discussion and decision-making process
ensuring that technical teams follow architectural best
practices.
- Oversee efforts to resolve integration issues and technical
roadblocks.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation including
design blueprints.
- Ensure that the solution complies with internal security
policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Work closely with project managers and delivery team to ensure
the successful solution delivery.
- Establish and enforce best practices and governance
framework.
- Ensure consistency in the architecture across different
projects and initiatives.

expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this
position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range
based upon geographic location, work experience,

target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role,
then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable
