Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insights Analyst - Customer
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting processes
and provide context for emerging trends
Serve as a thought partner for data in specific customer experience
or product areas, crafting actionable insights for business
recommendations
Perform analytics deep dives to identify opportunities for
improving customer experience across the business
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a data-centric role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill large amounts
of data into actionable insights
Significant experience with SQL and statistical analysis
techniques
Experience with data visualization tools and querying large data
lakes
Proven ability to work independently and engage with business
stakeholders effectively
