Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead a high-performing consultative sales team

consultative sales
Develop and manage engagement pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of
opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years of leadership experience in a software sales
organization
Proven track record in consultative services, including strategic
consulting and business transformation
Experience building and leading consultative sales teams with a
focus on growth
Desirable experience working in a global context, particularly with
European teams
An MBA or equivalent experience in a large consulting firm is
highly desirable
