Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual English- Spanish Senior
Customer Service Representative for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing and
payment inquiries
Process adjustments, correct insurance, and perform refunds
Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer
complaints
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a
medical setting
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
Ability to work specified hours on weekdays
