The representative will play a critical role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities:
--- Prospecting through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
--- Conducting home and roof inspections.
--- Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process.
--- Managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
--- Closing contracts and collecting payments, ensuring accurate invoicing for change orders and supplements.
--- Facilitate an Exceptional Client Experience to get 5-Star reviews, testimonials, and referrals.

Qualifications:

--- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
--- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
--- Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
--- A consistent top performer in sales
--- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
--- Experience working in a commission-only based role
