We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.We are currently hiring a Global Product Director - Digital who will be responsible to drive digital innovation and continuous improvement including building strategy, planning, development and adoption of digital products. The focus will be on customer facing solutions that integrate with internal processes for providing best in class customer experience as well as inventory optimization. This leadership role will oversee a team of professionals, drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with Digital Health goals in Fort Worth, Texas.In this role a typical day will include:

• Developing and executing a digital strategy that enhances customer experience and delivers measurable business results. This includes a comprehensive analysis and prioritization of key opportunities based on value to customer and value to Alcon.
• Owning the product roadmap and executing within Agile methodology framework (Delivery of business vision, feature and deployment roadmap, prioritize stories based on size and value, evaluate and mitigate risks, communicate the delivery timelines and potential risks).
• Understanding complex operational/technical concepts and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders across the organization with varying levels of operational/technical and digital understanding.
• Leveraging data analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the digital initiatives.
• Enabling demand sensing devices to capture on shelf and point of use data for seamless customer ordering and fulfilment. Integrating customer demand sensing, point of use and purchase data for optimizing inventory levels.
• Collaborating with a diverse group SMEs on cross-functional teams from the Regions/Affiliates sales marketing, operations, IT, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and internal partners responsible for the operationalization to execute best-in-class digital solutions.What you will bring to Alcon:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs PhD +6).
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 10 Years of Relevant Experience.
• Travel Requirements: 20%.
