Job Description:
A company is looking for a Local Study Associate Director to
lead clinical study teams and ensure compliance with
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee study commitments within the country and ensure timely
delivery of quality data
Lead and optimize the performance of Local Study Teams, ensuring
compliance with procedural documents and regulations
Coordinate site selection, feasibility assessments, and manage
monitoring activities throughout the study lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life
sciences
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Development Operations or
related fields
Good knowledge of international guidelines (ICH-GCP) and local
regulations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical
trials on time and within budget
