Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client
teams
Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting
and payroll oversight
Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on
metrics usage
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
Administration
10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level
in a SaaS firm
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero,
Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license
preferred
Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance
processes
