Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects,
fostering innovation and excellence
Drive sales targets by guiding the team in technical qualifications
and customer engagement
Ensure customer success by delivering value through effective
implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the data space with technical products
like data warehousing or machine learning
2+ years of leadership experience in a pre-sales environment with a
track record of exceeding quotas
Proven advisory experience guiding technical executives in
strategic data infrastructure decisions
Experience in hiring, training, and promoting team members for
organizational success
Ability to foster collaboration and positive morale within the team
and across departments
