Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Quality Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality management system and key performance metrics
(KPIs)
Implement continuous improvement measures to maintain a lean and
compliant quality system
Mentor and develop the quality team while representing quality in
audits and inspections
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of quality experience in a regulated environment
5+ years of management experience
Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, or health-related field;
advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience with quality management systems and regulatory
compliance
Experience with internal and external audits in a manufacturing
context
